RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All musical freestyles are delivered digitally via email once the final payment has been received. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout to avoid delays. Turnaround times vary depending on the package selected and the complexity of your freestyle and will be confirmed at the start of your order.

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of musical freestyles, all sales are final once work has commenced. As each track is uniquely created for you and your horse, refunds or returns are not available. If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch, and I will do my best to resolve them.
